Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your stay, please notify us in writing as soon as possible via email: [email protected]
The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your email.
Refundable rate: if you cancel up to 30 days before the arrival date, we refund the full amount of your booking.
If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee.
If you cancel within the final 7 days before arrival, no refund is due.
Each deadline falls at 16:00 Barcelona time (CET/CEST) on the day in question.
Changing dates does not restart the cancellation clock: if you were already in a more restrictive window, that restriction remains after an approved date change.
During a non-refundable locked period, changing dates requires approval from the hosts. If the hosts choose not to grant the date change, they have the right to decline.
Non-refundable rate: the amount paid is not refunded at any time or under any circumstances.
